Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use the ak88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. We perform verification checks and reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing any wagers on ak88.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all funds and bonuses associated with those accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. ak88 does not accept registrations from countries where online gaming is expressly forbidden by local law.

ak88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close or suspend accounts that are found to be in breach of these conditions, with or without prior notice. Any funds in a non-compliant account may be withheld pending investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ak88 supports fast and convenient payment methods popular in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We are committed to ensuring that deposits are credited promptly and withdrawals are paid out efficiently.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and major card networks (Visa, Mastercard). Deposits are credited instantly in most cases.
• ak88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for checking their provider's fee structure before initiating a deposit.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reversal and account review.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours, subject to KYC verification status and daily processing volumes.
• Players must meet any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved. Attempting to withdraw funds before satisfying rollover conditions will result in the cancellation of associated bonus funds.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. ak88 may require additional verification for large withdrawal amounts or for accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players on the ak88 platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, exploits, or other unauthorized technical means.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live table games such as poker, baccarat, or blackjack.
• Registering multiple accounts for the same individual, household, IP address, or device for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including any activity that violates applicable laws of Bangladesh or the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ak88 staff, customer support agents, or other users of the platform in any channel, including live chat and email.

ak88 employs sophisticated monitoring systems and cooperates with industry partners to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. All financial transactions are audited, and any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Players found in violation of these prohibitions will not receive any refund of deposited funds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak88 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, the following scenarios.

• Loss of data, funds, or game progress resulting from technical failures, server outages, network disruptions, or force majeure events beyond ak88's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, content, or promotional material published on the platform. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems; ak88 does not guarantee winning results.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party where such access results from your own failure to maintain secure login credentials or to report suspicious activity promptly.

Account Suspension and Termination

ak88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of our platform or the safety of other users.

Upon account termination for cause, ak88 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Where termination occurs at the player's own voluntary request and no breach has been established, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

ak88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ak88 platform following the posting of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
